WA•HAPPY Park, a brand-new family entertainment destination in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China officially opened to the public on June 1. As Huizhou’s premier urban theme park featuring “trendy sports and family fun,” the park offers local residents and visitors a brand-new immersive entertainment experience.

According to reports, spanning 48,000 sq.m, WA•HAPPY Park features a well-organized layout with three distinctive themed areas: Happy Mountain Bay, Aurora Snow City, and Children’s Animal City. It offers a rich and diverse array of attractions, including a 88-meter-tall Ferris wheel, a skydiving tower, a pirate ship, a giant swing, and a family roller coaster, among other classic rides, catering to the recreational and leisure needs of families with children of all ages.
The park’s design is rich in local character and creative highlights. It features two original, exclusive IPs—“Shan Huihui” and “Haizhouzhou”—and centers on the core narrative of “Exploring Mountains and Seas, Bravely Venturing into the Polar Regions,” skillfully blending Huizhou’s mountainous and coastal landscapes, regional culture, and trendy sports elements. The project’s launch and operation have further enriched Huizhou’s cultural tourism and entertainment landscape, filled the gap in the local market for trendy family-friendly theme parks, and effectively tapped into the city’s potential for leisure and cultural tourism consumption.
