The Fantawild Tourism Zone in Xiaogan, Hubei Province, which has a total investment of approximately US$ 600m and covers an area of 174 acres, is currently in its final construction phase. It is expected to officially open to visitors in mid-to-late June this year, with overall progress exceeding 95%. Construction across all sections is proceeding smoothly: six of the nine indoor venues in Fantawild Wild Continent have been completed. They are now in the testing phase, 31 of 32 outdoor attractions have been installed, all facilities at the Boonie Bears Water Sports Base have been fully installed, and the main structure of the Boonie Bears Hotel guest rooms has been largely completed and handed over. The project consists of three core components - Fantawild Wild Continent, the Boonie Bears Water Sports Base, and the Boonie Bears Hotel - forming an integrated “theme park + water entertainment + themed hotel” tourism complex that offers an immersive fantasy adventure experience and one-stop services. Fantawild Wild Continent, themed around dinosaurs and incorporating local cultural elements of Xiaogan along with the “Boonie Bears” IP, features nine high-tech indoor attractions and more than 30 outdoor rides, recreating prehistoric myths and animated scenes to deliver a diverse and immersive entertainment experience for visitors.
